Our story
Simon Wells took over the Lower Street Brasserie, with the support of his wife Kerri and Daughter Lilli-Ann in February 2019, with focus on fresh, high-end food and drinks at good prices. The High Street Brasserie followed shortly after in summer 2020.

Simon sees a dining experience as a combination of fantastic food, accompanying drinks, relaxed but vibrant atmosphere and top-class service. – he believes that if one of these components is not met the dining experience cannot reach its full potential. Something that we are passionate about delivering consistently to each of our customers that walks through the door.
